Friendly service and convenient location near transport.
The first impression was marred by a significantly cramped room. The bathroom fan was annoyingly loud and remained on, adding to the discomfort. Additionally, I found the unpredictable AC to be quite frustrating, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable environment throughout my stay.

Had an amazing stay for 2 nights in a Comfort Double Room! Super clean and fresh, right across from the station, which made exploring so easy. The staff were attentive and helpful, and I loved that the hotel is newly built. Breakfast was basic but had all the essentials. 😊

Room space felt cramped, leaving little room for luggage. Breakfast offered diverse options but lacked variety, staying the same over multiple days. Cleaning needed improvement. carpets weren't vacuumed upon arrival and stagnated cleanliness in the room was noticeable.

I really enjoyed my time here, especially with the helpful cleaning staff who not only tidied up daily but also made sure the heater was on for me during a chilly night. There’s a lovely public bath and cozy lounge area that made it easy to relax after a busy day. The only small downside was the slightly limited breakfast options over four days, but I’d definitely recommend trying the nearby convenience store for snacks! 😊

missingWrote a review on 04 Juncomfortable bedconvenient locationlimited breakfast variety
great location but subpar breakfast variety
The location is perfect, right next to the station, making travel effortless. I loved watching Netflix on the TV, which was a great addition after long days of exploring. The bed in my Standard King Room was incredibly comfortable, providing the best sleep of my trip. Additionally, there were several fantastic restaurants nearby, making dining exciting.
The breakfast options were repetitive, which became disappointing over the four nights.

Family with children like it
The location is prime , just a short walk from the train station where you can easily get around the area. I loved the retro vibe of my room , which was comfortable enough for all of us.
It wasn't cheap , but it was still acceptable.

missingWrote a review on 20 Maywell-appointed roomfriendly staffcleaning inconsistencyrepetitive breakfastcarpet cleanliness
The rooms are well-appointed, with clean pajamas provided daily, and a heated toilet for added comfort. Being just steps from Nijo Station offers exceptional convenience for exploring local attractions. However, the overall cleaning could have been improved, as there were instances where the carpets were not vacuumed. While the public facilities were pristine and the staff friendly, the breakfast options were somewhat repetitive over multiple days, which detracted from the experience.
